XMG Debuts PRO 18 and PRO 18 Value Edition

XMG returns to the 18-inch laptop market with the new PRO 18 and PRO 18 Value Edition, featuring RTX 50-series GPUs and 99 Wh batteries.

At Computex 2026, XMG unveiled the PRO 18 and PRO 18 Value Edition, marking the brand's first 18-inch laptops since 2011. The flagship PRO 18 features an Intel Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus, a GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, and a 300 Hz 1600p IPS display with 500 nits brightness. The Value Edition utilizes an Intel Core Ultra 7 270HX Plus, a GeForce RTX 5070 with 12 GB VRAM, and a 180 Hz 1600p panel. Both models support up to 128 GB DDR5-6400 RAM via two SO-DIMM slots, dual M.2 SSD slots (PCIe 5.0 and 4.0), Wi-Fi 7, and a 99 Wh battery. Connectivity includes HDMI 2.1, Mini-DisplayPort 2.1, and Thunderbolt 4. XMG also announced a NEO 16 refresh with an Ultra 9 290HX Plus and optional 240 Hz OLED, alongside the Ryzen 9 9955HX-powered APEX 17 and APEX 16. The PRO 18 series launches in August or September 2026, while the APEX 17 arrives in mid-June.
