The user did not utilize undervolting tools like ThrottleStop for Intel CPUs or MSI Afterburner for GPUs. No physical modifications or thermal repasting with materials such as PTM7950 or UPSIREN’s UTP-X thermal putty were required to reach these cooler results.

This case highlights how metal surfaces offer superior heat transfer compared to wood. To further optimize cooling, experts recommend elevating gaming laptops to improve airflow, providing a simple alternative to complex thermal repasting or undervolting.
