AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D Hits All-Time Low of $569

The AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D is now available for a record-low $569 at Amazon and Newegg, marking an 18.5% drop from its $699.99 launch price.

The AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D has reached a new all-time low price of $569 on Amazon (US) and Newegg, representing an 18.5% discount from its original $699.99 launch price. This 16-core, 32-thread desktop processor is built on the Zen 5 microarchitecture and utilizes the Socket AM5 platform. It features 3D V-Cache technology on one of its two 8-core chiplets. In comparison, the Ryzen 9 9950X3D2 Dual Edition, which includes 3D V-Cache on both chiplets, outperforms this model slightly. Benchmarks show the 9950X3D is approximately 3% slower than the 9950X3D2 in 1080p gaming and roughly 2.5% slower across various application benchmarks. Despite these performance differences, the current price drop makes the 9950X3D a more accessible high-end option for enthusiasts.
