TSMC June 2026 Revenue Surges 68% on 2nm Ramp

TSMC reports June 2026 revenue of $13.75 billion, a 67.9% YoY increase, as high-volume manufacturing begins for its 2nm N2 process node.

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC) announced June 2026 net revenue reached 442.68 billion NTD, approximately 13.75 billion USD. This represents a 67.9% increase compared to June 2025 and a 6.2% rise from May 2026. For the first half of 2026, total revenue hit 2,404.48 billion NTD (74.66 billion USD), up 35.6% year-over-year. The growth coincides with the June 2026 start of high-volume manufacturing for the N2 process. Major clients are already utilizing the 2nm node, with Apple adopting N2 for its A20 iPhone SoC and M6 MacBook SoC. AMD has also partnered with TSMC to produce EPYC Venice processors on the N2 process while utilizing TSMC’s CoWoS packaging facilities. These milestones underscore TSMC's dominance in advanced semiconductor fabrication and packaging.
