Moore's Law Is Dead reports a potential Radeon RX 10800 XT featuring 200 Compute Units and 48 GiB of GDDR7 memory. This configuration yields 12,800 shader units, a massive jump from the 4,096 units in the current flagship Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card.
AMD has not confirmed the RDNA 5 architecture or RX 10000 series. Conflicting leaks from NeoGAF and Kepler_L2 suggest 96 Compute Units, while GameGPU previously cited 24 GiB of VRAM. A 512-bit interface for the 48 GiB model would require 16 memory modules.
The RX 10800 XT could cost $2,500, exceeding Nvidia's $1,999 Blackwell flagship. With AMD raising bundle prices by 10% and a 16% memory price hike since 2025, these high-end components, also expected in next-gen consoles, won't launch until at least 2027.
