ASRock Debuts B550M Pro-A WiFi 6E Motherboard

ASRock expands its AM4 lineup with a microATX motherboard featuring PCIe 4.0 support, Wi-Fi 6E connectivity, and an 8-phase power design.

ASRock has expanded its Pro-A motherboard lineup with the new B550M Pro-A WiFi 6E. This microATX board is designed for the AMD AM4 platform, supporting Ryzen 3000, 4000G, 5000, and 5000G series processors, including Vermeer, Matisse, Cezanne, and Renoir chips.

The board features an 8-phase power design and four DDR4 DIMM slots supporting up to DDR4-4733+ speeds. Connectivity includes a Wi-Fi 6E module, Gigabit Ethernet, one PCIe 4.0 x16 slot, two M.2 slots, and two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C ports for modern peripherals.

While ASRock has not yet announced an official MSRP, the B550M Pro-A WiFi 6E is expected to be priced around $90. This budget-friendly option provides essential features like PCIe 4.0 and ARGB headers for users maintaining or building on the AM4 ecosystem.
