SanDisk Unveils Pokémon Mew and Mewtwo Storage

SanDisk launches new Pokémon-themed SSDs and flash drives featuring Mew and Mewtwo to celebrate the franchise's 30th anniversary.

SanDisk has officially announced two new storage solutions licensed by The Pokémon Company International to celebrate 30 years of the franchise. The lineup includes the Pokémon USB-C Flash Drive, Mew Edition, and the Pokémon Portable SSD, Mewtwo Edition.

The Mewtwo Edition SSD offers 1,000 MB/s read speeds, two-meter drop protection, and 500GB or 1TB capacities. The Mew Edition flash drive provides up to 128GB of storage for compatible devices. Both feature tactile 2D surfaces of the iconic psychic Pokémon.

Available starting August 26, 2026, these products merge high-performance tech with fan-favorite designs. Susan Park, VP of Consumer Product Management, notes the launch honors three decades of fandom with durable, high-speed mobile storage solutions.
