Cherry officially unveiled the XTRFY M42V2 gaming mouse at Gamescom 2026, targeting the ultra-lightweight market. Weighing just 45 grams without its cable, the device features a Pixart 3327 sensor and Huano switches rated for 80 million actuations.
The mouse offers extensive hardware-level customization without the need for external software. Users can adjust CPI, lift-off distance, debounce time, and polling rate up to 1,000 Hz using an onboard switch, button, and a side-mounted LED indicator.
Priced at 40 euros, the M42V2 includes two tool-less swappable grip shells to support palm, claw, and fingertip styles. The Pixart sensor handles up to 6,200 CPI and 30 G acceleration, while a 1.8-meter cable ensures a stable, high-performance connection.
