The new 80% layout keyboard features hot-swappable switches and triple-layer dampening, launching August 2026 alongside a Mousepad XL.

German PC component manufacturer be quiet! has announced the Light Mount TKL keyboard and Mousepad XL. The 80% layout keyboard features Silent V2 linear or tactile switches, a triple-layer dampening system, PBT double-shot keycaps, and a brushed aluminum plate.

The Light Mount TKL includes hot-swappable 5-pin MX-style switches, an aluminum 3D Media Wheel, and Quick Tap SOCD technology. Users can customize the per-key ARGB lighting and macros via the IO Center software for Windows or Chrome-based web browsers.

Launching August 25, 2026, the Light Mount TKL will retail for $139.90 in various layouts. The $34.90 Mousepad XL measures 900 x 500 mm with an anti-slip rubber base. CEO Aaron Licht oversees these new additions to the company's growing peripheral lineup.
