Intel is developing its Nova Lake-S Desktop CPUs as part of the Core Ultra 400S family, scheduled for an early 2027 launch. A specific SKU features 16 cores and 16 threads, utilizing a configuration of 4 P-Cores, 8 E-Cores, and 4 LP-E cores for performance.
The Nova Lake-S SKU includes a 12 Xe3P iGPU tile based on the Celestial architecture. This component requires two dedicated VCCGT phases and features 20 MB of L2 cache, representing a 25% increase over the cache found in Panther Lake 12 Xe3 configurations.
Power specifications for the 16-core SKU include a 65W PL1 and a 154W PL2 rating. The iGPU tile operates with a PL1 between 15W and 25W and a 40W PL2. Additionally, certain Nova Lake-H mobile variants will feature a dual 4 Xe3P iGPU hardware configuration.
