Leaker Jaykihn has revealed details regarding Intel's rumored Razor Lake-AX processor, which is expected to launch in late 2027 or early 2028. This chip will reportedly feature Nova Lake CPU architecture and will not be unlocked for manual overclocking.
The Razor Lake-AX is designed for a large APU platform rather than a standard socketed desktop. It reportedly utilizes Coyote Cove P-Cores and Arctic Wolf E-Cores in a configuration that differs from the Razor Lake-S and H variants, according to the leak.
Linked to a BGA4326 package, the chip will likely include on-package memory and 16 or 32 Xe3p graphics cores. While Intel has not officially announced the product, these specs suggest a high-performance integrated solution for future computing platforms.
