Samsung 9100 PRO Gen 5 SSD Prices Drop on Amazon

Samsung's 9100 PRO Gen 5.0 SSDs see price cuts on Amazon, with the 1 TB model at $249 and the 2 TB version now retailing for $399.

The Samsung 9100 PRO 1 TB Gen 5.0 SSD is currently priced at $249 on Amazon, a decrease from the $320 price point seen three months before July 2026. Although the 1 TB drive reached a low of $206 between April and July 2026, it currently sits near the $239 price of the 990 PRO Gen 4.0 1 TB. The 2 TB 9100 PRO model has also seen a reduction to $399 from its $499 price in April 2026, compared to the $389 2 TB 990 PRO. This Gen 5.0 drive offers sequential read speeds of up to 14,700 MB/s. Both the 1 TB and 2 TB 9100 PRO variants are available in configurations with or without heatsinks.
