ViewSonic Debuts 500Hz VX27G60Z-2K-5 QD-OLED Monitor

ViewSonic has introduced the VX27G60Z-2K-5 on its Chinese website, a 26.5-inch QD-OLED gaming monitor featuring a 2,560 x 1,440 resolution and a 500 Hz refresh rate. The display offers a 0.03 ms GtG response time, 1,500,000:1 contrast ratio, and 10-bit color depth covering 99% of the DCI-P3 space. Luminance reaches 1,000 cd/m² at 3% APL in HDR, supporting HDR10 and DisplayHDR True Black 500. Connectivity includes two HDMI 2.1 ports, three DisplayPort 1.4 inputs, and a headphone output. The monitor supports VRR, FreeSync, and G-Sync compatibility, alongside PiP/PbP modes and a crosshair overlay. Weighing 4.1 kg without its stand, the unit includes a 100 x 100 mm VESA mount and an illuminated 'G' symbol. While the Samsung Odyssey OLED G60SF is available in Germany for 549 Euro, ViewSonic's German agency states no European release is currently planned.
