AIDA64 has officially added early support for AMD Zen 7 server processors in its latest Extreme Beta release. This update follows recent additions for Intel Nova Lake and AMD Zen 6 architectures across diagnostic tools like HWMonitor and HWiNFO software.
The Zen 7 architecture will power the seventh-generation EPYC family, codenamed Florence, which is scheduled to launch in 2028. The lineup will include standard versions alongside compute-optimized Zen 7c variants to succeed the upcoming Zen 6 portfolio.
These next-generation chips will feature AI Compute Extensions and support for MRDIMM and LPDDR memory technologies. AMD plans to utilize Zen 7 processors for its future AI rack systems, marking a significant step in its long-term server infrastructure roadmap.
