NVIDIA RTX Update Adds DLSS 4.5 and New Features

NVIDIA's August software update brings DLSS 4.5 and Dynamic Multi Frame Generation to titles like Mortal Shell II and The Sinking City 2.

NVIDIA has released a significant RTX software update this August, introducing advanced support for several high-profile titles. The update specifically targets Mortal Shell II, The Sinking City 2, and Luminary, integrating the latest graphical enhancements.

Mortal Shell II launches August 20, with Advance Access for Devout Edition buyers. The game features DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution, ray-traced reflections, and global illumination. The Sinking City 2 and Luminary also debut with various NVIDIA RTX technologies.

RTX 50-series owners can now utilize Dynamic Multi Frame Generation via the NVIDIA app. This transformer-based pipeline allows hardware to vary frame behavior based on rendering conditions rather than relying on fixed multipliers for improved performance.
