MINISFORUM Unveils 139D7 and 895D7 MoDT Systems

MINISFORUM announced two 8.47-liter compact systems featuring Intel Core i9-13900HX and AMD Ryzen 9 8945HX processors with PCIe 5.0 slots.

MINISFORUM has announced two new 8.47-liter MoDT systems, the 139D7 and 895D7. The 139D7 features an Intel Core i9-13900HX processor, while the 895D7 utilizes the AMD Ryzen 9 8945HX. Both compact units measure 312x292x93mm and weigh approximately 3.79kg.

Each system includes two DDR5 SO-DIMM slots and two M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 x4 storage positions. A full-length PCIe 5.0 expansion slot supports dual-slot, half-height cards. Connectivity is handled via 2.5GbE and Wi-Fi 7, powered by an internal 400W power supply.

The design allows for a 100W CPU power draw and 145W for graphics, though the half-height slot restriction prevents using full-size gaming GPUs. While core specs are public, MINISFORUM has not yet disclosed pricing, memory limits, or display connections.
