Dell Unveils Ultra-Portable 14S Laptop for 2026

The Dell 14S features Intel Wildcat Lake processors, a lightweight 1.15 kg chassis, and AI-ready NPUs for a North American fall release.

Dell has officially unveiled the Dell 14S, a 14-inch laptop identified as the DS14270. Launching in North America in fall 2026, the device features Intel Core Series 3 Wildcat Lake processors, including the Core 7 350 and Core 5 320, both with six CPU cores.

The laptop offers two 16:10 display options: a 1,920 x 1,200 60 Hz panel or a 2,880 x 1,800 120 Hz version. It includes up to 16 GB of LPDDR5x-7467 memory, 1 TB of SSD storage, and a 61.2 Wh battery. Connectivity features USB-C, HDMI 1.4, and Wi-Fi 6 or 6E options.

Weighing just 1.15 kg with a thickness under 13.50 mm, the 14S prioritizes portability. It integrates NPUs rated up to 17 TOPS for AI tasks and offers biometric security via an optional RGB+IR camera. The chassis comes in four distinct colors for consumers.
