Kioxia Debuts Exceria G3 PCIe 5.0 SSD Series

Kioxia Europe launches the Exceria G3 SSD series, featuring PCIe 5.0 speeds up to 10,000 MB/s and capacities reaching 4 TB.

Kioxia Europe has introduced the Exceria G3 SSD series, utilizing the PCIe 5.0 interface in a Gen5x4 layout. Built with eighth-generation BiCS FLASH QLC 3D-NAND, these M.2-2280 drives deliver sequential read speeds of up to 10,000 MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 9,600 MB/s. Positioned between the Exceria BASIC and Exceria PLUS G4 lines, the series offers capacities up to 4 TB. Pricing is set at 155 Euro for the 1 TB variant and 240 Euro for the 2 TB model. While the series is scheduled for a broad market entry in the fourth quarter of 2025, the 4 TB model is expected to be available starting in June.
