Biwin Signs $1.86 Billion 3D NAND Supply Deal
Biwin secures a $1.86 billion 3D NAND memory agreement for 24 months, locking in fixed pricing and volume starting in mid-2026.
Biwin has announced a $1.8608 billion agreement for 3D NAND memory, according to a filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The 24-month contract begins June 30, 2026, and features fixed bit volume and pricing. Biwin will execute purchases in batches from the third quarter of 2026 through the second quarter of 2028. This expenditure represents over 50% of the company's annual revenue. While Biwin held a 10% share of the branded SSD market in 2024, this deal covers only baseline demand. Procurement volumes for 2026 and 2027 represent 4.45% and 14.88% of Biwin's total 2025 NAND flash purchases, respectively. The agreement ensures supply stability for the specified period without covering the company's total requirements.
