Framework Laptop 13 Pro Delayed to July 2026
Framework delays Laptop 13 Pro shipments to late July 2026 due to technical issues with the haptic touchpad and display firmware.
Framework has delayed the Framework Laptop 13 Pro delivery until late July 2026 due to technical issues with the haptic touchpad and display. Mass production is starting later as Framework addresses a touchpad grounding or PCB design flaw that caused sporadic resets. Suppliers Lite-On and Boréas are providing components for a revised PCB design arriving mid-July. Simultaneously, a firmware fix was developed for the TCL CSOT display to resolve initialization failures. While Intel Core Ultra 300 series mainboards still ship in June, the "July Batch" of full laptops is pushed to August. Framework will send press units in mid-July and offers refunds to affected customers. The new mainboards and displays are compatible with existing Laptop 13 models, with LPCAMM2 memory options available through support.
