Nanya Reports Record Revenue and Profit Surge

Nanya Technology achieves record 82.5 billion NTD revenue and 1,324% profit growth following quarterly losses through mid-2025.

Nanya Technology reported record revenue of 82.5 billion New Taiwan Dollar, a 684 percent annual increase. Net profit rose 1,324 percent to over 50 billion New Taiwan Dollar, ending a streak of quarterly losses that continued through Q2 2025. The average selling price of Nanya products, including DDR3, DDR4, and DDR5 memory, jumped over 500 percent within a year and 60 percent in Q2 2026. To sustain growth, Nanya will quadruple capital expenditure in 2026 and invest 480 billion New Taiwan Dollar in a new factory. The facility aims for a phase one capacity of 30,000 wafers per month in 2028, expanding to 45,000 in phase two. Nanya, which does not use EUV lithography, has secured multi-year agreements to distribute these investment costs.
