Nothing Launches Ear (3a) With Enhanced ANC
Nothing debuts Ear (3a) earbuds featuring 12-mm drivers, Bluetooth 6.0, and advanced call recording for 99 Euro starting July 7, 2026.
Nothing has expanded its audio lineup with the Ear (3a), positioned between the Ear (a) and Ear (3). Available July 7 at Nothing and July 8 at partners like Amazon, the earbuds retail for 99 Euro in Germany and Austria and 89 CHF in Switzerland. The Ear (3a) features a 12-mm driver, providing 5 dB stronger bass below 100 Hz than the Ear (a). ANC is optimized for the 400 to 2,000 Hz range, outperforming the Ear (3) by 18 dB. Technical specs include Bluetooth 6.0, LDAC Hi-Res audio, and static Spatial Audio. A unique Call Recording feature uses 32 MB of internal memory for up to 2 hours of audio, notifying both parties during use. Buyers receive three months of 'Transcription Pro' for cloud-based processing. The IP54-rated buds weigh 4.53 g each, offering up to 42 hours of total battery life, and come in black, white, yellow, and pink.
