Valve Launches Steam Machine with RDNA 3 Tech

Valve's Steam Machine is now available, featuring Zen 4 architecture, RDNA 3 graphics, and a compact 16 cm cube design starting at 1,039 Euro.

Valve has launched its Steam Machine lineup on its online shop as of late June 2026. The hardware is housed in a 16 cm cube featuring a modified Ryzen Zen 4 chip, Radeon RDNA 3 graphics with 28 CUs, 16 GB of RAM, and 8 GB of dedicated VRAM. The 512 GB entry-level model is priced at 1,039 Euro, or 1,108 Euro with an extra controller. A 2 TB variant starts at 1,359 Euro, reaching 1,428 Euro with a second controller. While all units include a black removable front panel, the 2 TB version adds red fabric and walnut wood options. Valve has released CAD and 3D data for the case, including magnet positions and fastening points. Additionally, the 5.83-inch 'Inkterface' E-Ink front panel project allows users to 3D-print and operate a display for real-time hardware data via Bluetooth and ESP32.
