ASUS ROG Unveils 720Hz OLED Gaming Monitors

ASUS Republic of Gamers debuts three 24.5-inch OLED displays, including the 720Hz PG259QWS Ace for the 2026 PGL Counter-Strike 2 Major.

ASUS Republic of Gamers has unveiled three new 24.5-inch OLED gaming monitors: the ROG Swift OLED PG259QWS Ace, ROG Strix OLED XG259QDPG Ace, and ROG Strix OLED XG259QDNS Ace. The flagship PG259QWS Ace features a 720Hz TrueBlack Glossy Tandem WOLED panel.

The PG259QWS Ace offers a 0.02ms response time and an integrated Position Sensor for tracking ergonomics. The XG259QDPG Ace utilizes a 560Hz RGB QD-OLED panel with BlackShield Film, while the XG259QDNS Ace provides a 360Hz refresh rate with similar coatings.

These monitors feature GaNFET power supplies and esports color modes. The PG259QWS Ace will be the official display for the 2026 PGL Counter-Strike 2 Major, marking the first PGL Major to use OLEDs. It launches in early Q4 2026 with an MSRP of €1,149.
