HWiNFO Adds Per-Chip VRAM Temperature Monitoring
HWiNFO now provides individual memory package temperature readings for AMD Navi GPUs and NVIDIA RTX cards using GDDR6X or GDDR7 memory.
The HWiNFO utility is introducing per-chip VRAM temperature monitoring, allowing users to view individual memory package readings instead of a single temperature value. This update covers AMD Navi GPUs, including the RX 5000, RX 6000, RX 7000, and RX 9000 series, which utilize GDDR6 memory. Support is also added for NVIDIA RTX GPUs featuring GDDR6X and GDDR7 memory, such as the RTX 50 series. While modders previously unlocked per-chip monitoring for NVIDIA RTX cards with GDDR6 and GDDR6X VRAM, HWiNFO now integrates this functionality natively. Furthermore, the Radeon RX 9050 has been added to the HWiNFO database. These enhancements provide more granular thermal data for both current and upcoming graphics hardware architectures.
