Intel and Google Cloud Expand AI Partnership
Intel expands its collaboration with Google Cloud to integrate Gemini Enterprise AI and scale semiconductor development infrastructure.
On July 16, 2026, Intel and Google Cloud announced an expanded multi-year strategic collaboration to accelerate Intel's digital evolution. Intel is deploying Gemini Enterprise and Google Cloud infrastructure to integrate generative AI across its global workforce and augment its semiconductor development environment. Under the leadership of Intel CIO Cindy Stoddard and Google Cloud CPBO Karthik Narain, Intel is adopting the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform to build line-of-business agents. The company is scaling on-premises compute cores to Google Cloud C4 and N4 instances to enhance silicon development simulations. Additionally, Intel is utilizing Gemini for agentic coding assistance and engineering automation while piloting AI agents for marketing workflows, including expert recommendations and messaging development.
