Lenovo Teases Legion C700 Cloud Gaming Handheld

Lenovo and Tencent collaborate on the Legion C700, a new cloud-focused gaming handheld featuring a 120Hz display and TMR joysticks.

Lenovo has shared specifications on Weibo for its upcoming Legion C700, a gaming handheld designed for cloud streaming developed in partnership with Tencent. The device features a 7.82-inch IPS display with a 120Hz refresh rate, positioning it between the 8-inch Legion Go S and the 8.8-inch original Legion Go. For precision control, the white handheld includes TMR joysticks advertised with zero drift and zero dead zones, Hall effect triggers with linear action, and an omnidirectional floating D-pad. Additional inputs include customizable dual back buttons and two small shoulder buttons. The Legion C700 leverages Tencent's START cloud gaming service, which launched in 2019 with NVIDIA. START supports multiple platforms with VIP tiers priced at 29 and 59 yuan per month. Lenovo plans a broader unveiling of the device in August.
