NVIDIA Launches Game Ready Driver for Halo and Gears
NVIDIA's latest driver optimizes Halo: Campaign Evolved and the Gears of War: E-Day beta while introducing DLSS 4.5 support for new titles.
NVIDIA released a new Game Ready Driver on July 28, 2026, providing day-one optimizations for the launch of Halo: Campaign Evolved. The title supports DLSS Super Resolution, Frame Generation, and NVIDIA Reflex, with an optional upgrade to DLSS 4.5 Dynamic Multi Frame Generation via the NVIDIA app. The driver also prepares for the Gears of War: E-Day multiplayer beta starting August 6, which features DLSS Super Resolution and Reflex ahead of its October 6 full release. Other upcoming launches include Mistfall Hunter on July 29 with ray tracing and DLSS support, and Corsair Cove on July 31, featuring the DLSS 4.5 suite. Existing titles like Palworld, Killing Floor 3, and The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu continue to receive DLSS updates. Additionally, NVIDIA is hosting a broadcast on July 31 with GPU giveaways and offering 3-month Discord Nitro subscriptions to GeForce GTX 10 Series users or later.
