ScaleFlux Unveils PCIe Gen 6 SSD and CXL Controllers

ScaleFlux announces the FC6116 NVMe SSD controller and MC600 CXL 3.2 memory controller, both set for Q4 2026 customer sampling.

ScaleFlux will introduce the FC6116 PCIe Gen 6 NVMe SSD controller and the MC600 PCIe Gen 6 CXL 3.2 Type 3 memory controller at the Future of Memory and Storage 2026 event. The FC6116 supports PCIe Gen 6 x4 and dual-port 2x2 configurations, delivering up to 28 GB/s sequential read and 25 GB/s sequential write throughput. It achieves 7 million 4 KB random read IOPS and over 1 million sustained random write IOPS while consuming less than 9 W active power. Supporting TLC, QLC, and SLC NAND up to 256 TB, it fits EDSFF and U.2/3 form factors with OCP Caliptra 2.0 and CNSA 2.0 compliance. The MC600 CXL 3.2 controller consumes under 9 W in x8 configurations, integrating quad-channel DDR5 or dual-channel DDR4 with 2DPC support for up to 2 TB of memory. Both controllers begin sampling in Q4 2026.
