Seagate Q4 FY2026 Revenue Surges 49% to $3.63B
Seagate reports $3.63 billion in Q4 revenue and a 165% profit jump, driven by cloud demand and its HAMR-based Mozaic platform.
Seagate reported revenue of 3.63 billion US dollars for the fourth quarter of its 2026 fiscal year, a 49 percent increase from 2.44 billion US dollars the previous year. Net profit grew approximately 165 percent to 1.29 billion US dollars, while gross margin reached 52.3 percent, up from 37.4 percent. Seagate attributes this development to strong cloud data center demand and disciplined production. With NAND flash memory currently scarce and expensive, hyperscalers favor high-capacity hard drives for lower costs per terabyte versus solid-state drives. Seagate utilizes its HAMR-based Mozaic platform to achieve these larger capacities. Reflecting this growth, Seagate's stock market value was at times over 2,300 percent higher than it was during the late November 2022 launch of ChatGPT 3.5.
