NVIDIA Previews RTX Spark Windows on Arm Drivers

NVIDIA has released its first Windows on Arm drivers for the RTX Spark superchip, a Grace-Blackwell AI PC platform launching in fall 2026.

NVIDIA showcased its RTX Spark superchip at Computex 2026, targeting a fall 2026 launch for AI PCs, including laptops and Mini PCs. The superchip integrates the Grace CPU architecture with a Blackwell GPU and 128 GB of memory via high-speed fabric. To support development, NVIDIA released the version 616.00 developer preview driver, the first native Windows on Arm driver for the platform. This release specifically targets the fanless Microsoft Surface RTX Dev box. Additionally, the CUDA 13.4 Toolkit introduces compiler and build-system enablement for Windows Arm64 targets. Starting with this version, NVIDIA is decoupling driver releases from the toolkit, with Developer Driver R616 and above providing the necessary support for RTX Spark systems.
